Next Sports Policies
All players must complete the official registration process before participating in any Next Sports Baseball event, league, or tournament. Registration is confirmed only after all required forms, waivers, and applicable fees have been submitted.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate player information, including date of birth, emergency contacts, and any necessary medical details. Next Sports Baseball reserves the right to verify player eligibility and request supporting documentation at any time.
Incomplete or inaccurate registrations may result in delayed participation or removal from the event until all requirements have been satisfied.
The health and safety of every athlete is our highest priority. Players who appear injured or are suspected of having a concussion or other serious medical condition must be evaluated before returning to play.
Coaches, parents, and players are encouraged to report injuries immediately to tournament staff. Emergency medical services will be contacted whenever necessary.
Next Sports Baseball promotes safe playing conditions and expects all participants to follow proper safety procedures, use approved equipment, and respect all facility guidelines throughout the event.
Player safety always comes first. In the event of severe weather, unsafe field conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, tournament officials may delay, suspend, reschedule, or cancel games.
Every effort will be made to communicate schedule updates as quickly as possible through official event channels. Tournament schedules may be adjusted to ensure the event is completed whenever possible.
Refunds or event credits, if applicable, will be determined according to the official Next Sports Baseball cancellation policy.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable once a team has been officially accepted into a tournament. However, refunds or event credits may be considered if an event is canceled before play begins due to circumstances beyond our control.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Administrative fees or processing charges may apply where permitted.

Next Sports Baseball is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly environment. Players, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect officials, and encourage positive competition.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, discrimination, fighting, or any behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others may result in warnings, ejection from the facility, suspension, or removal from future events.
Tournament directors reserve the right to enforce disciplinary action whenever necessary to protect the integrity of the event and the experience of all participants.
